What choices have the biggest impact on your BitLife playthrough?

I’ve noticed that some decisions in BitLife seem to affect the rest of the character’s life more strongly than others, especially choices made early on. Things like education, relationships, or career paths can completely change how the game plays out later. In your experience, which choices matter the most in BitLife, and why?
